Division of Parks and Recreation
(Seasonal Positions)

Hampton Beach State Park, Hampton, NH

  • Lifeguard I’s: Salary grade 6, $11.16 per hour – MUST POSSESS CURRENT RED CROSS LIFEGUARD or other equivalent water safety and first aid credentials.  Hours are 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Weekends and holidays required.  For more information contact jim.donahue@dred.nh.gov or 603-926-6909 for more information.  Positions open until filled.

White Lake State Park, Tamworth, NH
  • Ticket Seller - Reservations Clerk:  Salary Grade 8, $11.87 per hour.  Full time seasonal 1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.  Weekends and holidays required. Open May through Columbus Day.  Contact Art Charbonneau 603-419-0572 or at arthur.charbonneau@dred.nh.gov. Position open until filled.

Monadnock State Park, Jaffrey, NH
  • Park Crew Member II (Laborer): Salary Grade 5, $11.08 per hour. 24-32 hours per week weekends and holidays required.
  • Park Clerk I (Clerk I): Salary Grade 2, $10.19 per hour.  Various full and part time openings on both opening and closing shifts. Weekends and holidays required.
